It’s clear that we spend time and valuable resources reviewing submissions and providing feedback, so why would we offer this Manuscript Analysis as a FREE service?

There are really 2 reasons:

1. The first is that I wish I had something like this when I was starting out as an author.  Since I founded Halo Publishing over 13 years ago, we’ve worked with hundreds of authors and I’ve seen first-hand the difference it makes to the final book when an author gets expert input early in the process.
2. The second reason is no surprise.  By offering a Manuscript Analysis, we’re able to see your work first hand and determine if there could be a fit with our working together to bring your book to market.  Through the review process, we get a feel for your work, and we also get a chance to show you the power of our team.  It’s a way for us to mutually explore whether it makes sense to work together going forward.

No Risk, No Obligation… Only Great Feedback

I want to stress that there is no obligation on your part to enter into any kind of commercial arrangement with us after we review your manuscript.  In fact, due to the hands-on nature of our process and how much time and energy we give each of our author clients, we literally cannot accept all of our Manuscript Analysis clients into our full author program.
